Scapeboard is built to do one job well and respect your data while doing it. We collect the minimum needed to sign you in and run the features you use — nothing more. This page explains exactly what that means.
Scapeboard is a landscaping estimation and project tool operated by Ceymer Studios LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "Scapeboard" refer to Ceymer Studios LLC. This policy applies to the Scapeboard web app at scapeboard.net and the Scapeboard Android application.
Scapeboard uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in, we receive basic profile information from your Google account: your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Scapeboard stores the information you enter to use its features — such as project names, client details, job site addresses, materials, estimates, and invoices. This content is stored under your account so it syncs across your devices. We treat it as yours; we don't sell it or use it for advertising.
When you purchase a Scapeboard subscription or pass, payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe on the web and Google Play Billing in the Android app). We never see or store your full card or banking details — those are handled directly by the payment processor. We retain only a record that a purchase occurred and your subscription status.
Some features let you enter job site addresses and view locations on a map. When you use these, the address or location is sent to Google Maps Platform to provide autocomplete, mapping, and Street View imagery. This is used to deliver the feature, not to track you.
We do not collect analytics on your behavior, advertising identifiers, your contacts, your photos library, or any data beyond what is described above.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. When you request deletion, we remove your stored content and account record; some limited records (such as proof that a past transaction occurred) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including authentication through Google and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
Scapeboard is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can review and update much of your information directly in the app's settings. You may revoke Scapeboard's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions. You may also request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update this policy as Scapeboard evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Scapeboard after changes means you accept the revised policy.
